meditation has always been a deeply personal experience. I started meditating years ago as an act of self-care, simply to quiet my mind. I believe meditation
is a powerful tool for growth, no matter how you choose to practice it. However, whichever method you select must be the right fit for you — and only you know
which one that is.
My purpose is to share what I’ve learned. If you can use that to help yourself or someone else on their journey, or if it’s just what you need
in a brief moment, then that fulfillment becomes part of something bigger, a flow that continues forward, carrying its impact to where it’s needed most.
